eSignon provides various corporate/individual verification methods, as well as a wide range of methods, to check the authenticity of documents, thereby proving the actions of the contracting parties.

1. Encryption

• eSignon encrypts all your data with an SSL security server certificate for secure transmission.
• We have insurance to cover damage in case of data leakage caused by SSL packet hacking.

2. Data storage/Infrastructure

• eSignon stores data by using the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, and data is backed up and stored safely every day.
• We encrypt and store personal information (password, mobile phone number) and are also insured for the Personal Information Protection Liability Deduction to compensate for damage caused by the leakage of personal information.

3. Provision of installable archive option

• If you cannot store your data in a cloud environment, we provide an installable archive option separately.
• Instead of storing data in eSignon, you can install a separate repository inside the client's server and store contracts and data in the repository.

4. Data access security

• eSignon manages data safely in accordance with the internal Privacy Policy.
• We restrict data access to specific personnel and separately manage accounts and passwords for access.
• We may allow verification of data only at the request of the customer or in special circumstances falling under Article 7 of the Privacy Policy.
