Hello, This is eSignon, your smart and friendly e-signature supporter.

Our text field (text box) already supports various functions and options, and with this update, you can now add options for Hyperlinks and Business Registration Numbers!

We also recently added Auto-fill for recipient contact info, and new formats for Mobile Number and Email input.

In case you missed it, here’s a quick summary. 😊

🔗 Hyperlink Option

• Available under Text Format.

• Automatically becomes Read-Only when this option is selected.

• Enter a Link Title and a URL to insert.

  ※ Note: Make sure the URL starts with https://

🏢 Business Registration Number Option

• Available under Text Format.

• Numbers only. The format will auto-fill as a valid business number (e.g., 120-86-66862).

  ※ Note: This option cannot be used together with functions like auto-fill or formulas.

📞 Auto-fill Recipient Contact

• Available under Function.
• Automatically fills in the recipient’s contact information used during the document send step.
• The recipient cannot change this value.
