In eSignon, you can upload and send the existing contract you have used. However, in order to avoid the hassle and inconvenience of uploading each time, you can save and use frequently used formats with the same content. These saved formats of eSignon are called templates.

Types of the templates supported by eSignon include eSignature, In Person Signing, Bulk Send, and LinkSign. so please select Template for your contract type.

eSignature

• This enables the contracting parties to make a contract easily and conveniently at the desired time and place without face-to-face meeting.
• The recipient of the document (contract) can easily sign by e-mail without signing up for eSignon.

In Person Signing

• This enables the contracting parties to make a contract face-to-face.
• You can proceed with the contract on one device, and you simply need to fill out the templates in the contract order.

Bulk Send

• You cans send the same docuement to many different recipients at the same time.
• Fill out the templates in advance in the Excel file and send it. You can send up to 500 people at a time.

LinkSign

• you can request a signatures by sending the documents as a link(URL)
