The fee for eSignon is determined based on the number of use and period of use. We offer additional discounts based on use counts and duration of use. Please check the rate per case.

Checking payment history

You can view your payment history and purchase a plan in Settings → Payment Management.

When selecting a payment method, you can select to pay by credit card or account transfer.

Purchasing a plan

1) Monthly plan

• This is a plan that you only purchase the amount you will use per month.
• Buy and use as much as you need, from 10 counts per month to 500 counts per month!

<aside> 💡 If you purchase the monthly plan, you will not be able to use eSignon for remaining counts once the period expires 30 days after purchase. You can easily check the remaining period and counts in eSignon.

2) Yearly plan

• The yearly plan has an additional discount compared to the monthly plan.
• You can purchase from 120 cases per year to 6,000 cases per year through ‘Purchase a plan'. If you need a larger number, please contact us and we will kindly guide you.
