You can set the name that you’ll use when signing a contract in eSignon, as well as the language setting when sending e-mails and e-mail/mobile phone notifications.

Name and language settings

The name set during the contract is automatically assigned.

• Use a real name as much as possible as procedures that require authentication such as mobile phone authentication may prevent the contract from proceeding smoothly if a real name is not used.

Email/mobile notification settings

It can set progress-specific notifications.

• You will be notified by email or mobile phone of each step of the contract in progress with no additional cost.
• Email notification will be sent to the registered email.
• Mobile notification will be sent to the saved phone number

<aside> 💡 If you do not want to receive notifications, please turn off notifications. Notifications related to contract signing are automatically sent even if the notification is turned off.
