The timestamp is to check whether the signed contract has been forged or falsified.
Forgery/falsification after the contract being signed changes the hash value, which can be verified by comparing these parts with a timestamp.
eSignon keeps the hash value separately and uses it for verification when original comparison is needed, and does not provide it to customers.
