There are five status in the document. Although you may immediately tell what state it is just by looking at the words, let's see more detail.
This is your turn to write the document. Please click on the document part.
Click the Create Document button to start writing.
The document you sent is in progress. Clicking on the document shows a detailed menu.
If you make multiple selections, you can resend notifications and cancel documents.
The document has been completed by all signers. You can save completed documents and document history certificates in the detailed menu (left click).
You cannot remove the completed document from the list but can only discard it.
If you make multiple selections, you can download and discard them.
