The date/time field is a function that allows you to briefly enter the date and time.

Function setting

• Document start time: The time when the contract was started (sent) will be automatically entered.
• Document confirmation time: The time the contract recipient first read it will be entered.

<aside> 💡 When using the above functions, it is recommended to use the read-only option. If a function is set with the read-only option unselected, the recipient of the contract can edit the contents.

• Copy: This is a convenient and useful function when there are boxes that need to have the same dates.

  Select the text box that will have the same dates outside the original box and set the box as the copy function. When you enter values in the original box, the same value is automatically entered in the box to which the copied function is applied.

• Previous date is unselectable: When entering a date box, you cannot select a date before today.

Enter and display date/time

• You can enter date/time in advance.
• You can select the format and type of date/time display and choose horizontal and vertical alignments.
