LinkSign is a useful feature when you need to request signatures from multiple or unspecified recipients.

You can easily generate a shareable link (URL) and distribute it via email, or announcements to

collect signatures or information quickly and efficiently. Participants who sign through the link don’t

need to sign up for eSignon — they can complete their signature with just one click. 😁

1. Create a Template

To use LinkSign, you first need to create a LinkSign template.

• There are two ways to create a template — feel free to start with either option:

    1. Go to the **Templates** menu and click **Create Template → LinkSign**.
  
    2. Go to the **LinkSign** menu and click **Start**.
  

1. Upload Document

    Upload the document file that will be inserted into the link (URL). 😉
   
   💡 You can upload files from your computer or Google Drive. 
   
         Supported file types: pdf, docx, hwp, jpg, png, bmp (maximum file size: **10MB**).
