If your position is Company Leader within eSignon, you can set up your company profile. The menu is invisible to users with other positions.

Company name setting

The company name you set when joining our service cannot be changed. The company name is used for log-in. If you want to change it, you must sign up for a new one after canceling your membership.

• It is a hassle to cancel my membership, and I simply want to change the company name displayed in the contract process. Is it possible? Yes, it is possible. You can specify and use a company name for the contract separately.
• The company name you set will be displayed as the name set during the contract process (e.g. history certificates and signature information.).

Expire period of the document setting

• You can check the documents within the deadline in ‘Expire soon’ in the document screen.
• The default setting is 7 days.

Access permission IP setting

• You can set to allow login only from IPs that permit access.
• Up to 5 approvers can be set.
