eSignon can send the same contract form to up to 500 people at the same time. When contracting with multiple people, such as an employment contract, you do not need to send the contract one by one.

1. Select template type

Please Select Create Template→Bulk Send.

2. Upload Document file

In eSignon, you can use the existing contract file.

3. Select type of contract

Bulk Send is divided into 4 steps. It is to determine the order in which the signer enters the contents in Excel and signs the contract. The signers can be a maximum of 2 people.

• Step 1: Enter content in Excel → Customer signature → Complete contract
• Step 2 A: Enter content in Excel → Customer signature → Starter signature → Complete contract
• Step 2 B: Enter content in Excel → Starter signature → Customer signature → Complete contract
• Step 2 C: Enter content in Excel → Customer A’s signature → Customer B’s signature → Complete contract
